Who handles your data

Lumetor is an independent project operated by an individual. Contact [email protected] with data questions.

Your early-access request

We collect your email and, if supplied, firm name and client-count range. We record language, time, landing page, campaign parameters (UTMs), and only the referring website’s domain. We use these to respond to your request, ask for feedback about Chase, and evaluate interest. This is not a newsletter subscription or a promise of immediate access.

We process the request for steps you ask us to take before potentially using the service. We retain it for up to 180 days unless you request earlier deletion. If you move to a launched product, we will provide separate terms.

Minimal measurement

To evaluate the pages, we record page views and form actions with language, page, and campaign. Event records exclude emails, names, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and persistent visitor identifiers. We use no analytics cookies or browser storage. We do not sell this data or send it to advertising platforms. We retain events for up to 90 days. Our basis for this limited measurement is our interest in understanding whether the page is useful. The script respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Security and providers

Form submissions are stored on our VPS outside the public website directory. Cloudflare provides DNS, site security/proxying, and email forwarding. Mail to [email protected] is forwarded to Gmail. These providers may process technical data under their terms.

For abuse prevention, your IP is used temporarily to limit requests; the application stores only a short-lived hash. The server and Cloudflare may retain separate technical logs. Do not put personal information in campaign parameters.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing. Email [email protected] from the address you submitted. You may complain to Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
